Terms of Service

Last updated 26 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Glassa, which is provided by easyloops Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17250950). By signing in to or using Glassa, you agree to them.

1. Who can use Glassa

Glassa is a workspace for companies and other organizations. To use it you must be 18 or over and using it for work. If you administer your organization's workspace, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these terms for your organization.

2. Your account and your organization's workspace

A workspace is open only to the people its organization invites or allows. Keep your sign-in methods (password, passkeys, and any linked Google, Apple or Microsoft account) secure, and tell us at hello@easyloops.ltd straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Each organization's workspace is kept separate from every other organization's. Your organization owns the messages, files, meeting transcripts, notes, work items, mail and other content created in its workspace.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use Glassa only for lawful work.
  • Don't use Glassa or your organization's mail domains to send spam, unsolicited bulk mail, or unlawful, harmful or deceptive content.
  • Don't try to probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer Glassa, or to get into another organization's workspace.

4. AI teammates and AI features

Organizations can hire AI teammates and turn on AI features such as meeting transcripts and notes. A teammate is always marked as AI in Glassa, and no one may use it to pass as a person. A teammate works within the access and review rules your organization sets, and your organization is responsible for checking its work before relying on it.

5. Fees

Glassa is in early access. Paid features, such as AI teammates, are charged only under a separate order your organization agrees to, which sets out the price and how it is billed.

6. Intellectual property

easyloops Ltd owns the Glassa software, design and brand, and licenses your organization and its members to use them under these terms. Your organization and its members keep their rights in what they create and upload, and give easyloops Ltd the limited licence it needs to store, transmit and display that content to provide Glassa.

7. Availability and liability

We provide Glassa with reasonable skill and care, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, easyloops Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability to an organization in any 12 months is limited to the greater of £100 and the fees it paid us for Glassa in those 12 months.

8. Ending your use and deleting data

You can stop using Glassa and ask us to delete your account at any time. An organization's administrator can close its workspace and ask for its data to be exported or deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

9. Changes, governing law and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell organizations in Glassa or by email at least 30 days before the change applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions go to hello@easyloops.ltd.
